Our goal is to support Orange County organizations serving neurodivergent people and their families. Through the Neurodiversity Community Impact Fund, we bring our network together around opportunities for support, inclusion, and belonging.
Education, family resources, employment pathways, advocacy, inclusion, independent living, social connection, and practical community support. Neurodivergent people deserve respect for who they are and access to opportunities that help them thrive.
NCIF is deeply personal to our founder, Paul Horvat, whose son is autistic. That lived experience inspires a commitment that extends beyond one tournament or one evening: bring people together, build relationships with local organizations, and grow opportunities to serve throughout the year.
Our existing resource list includes Regional Center of Orange County, Autism Society Orange County, UniMent, Reimagine, and 2e4Me Academy. Inclusion here does not imply a formal partnership or current funding commitment.
